Why now

This is not a beta. It's a partnership.

Pax is launching in Lahore first — not because Lahore is easier, but because it's honest. We have the relationships, the LCCI corporate access, and a real read on the rooms where culture is already happening. Pakistan and Germany follow once Lahore proves the model.

Founding vendors aren't testing a product. You're co-shaping the marketplace you'll spend the next decade in. In return for joining before launch, you get terms no later vendor will ever see again.

The terms

Listed in the order they actually matter to a working host.

Zero commission until launch, then 5% locked for life.

Founding vendors pay nothing pre-launch — every rupee booked goes to you. Once Pax launches publicly, you move to 5% commission, locked for as long as you stay active. Standard vendors will pay around 10%.

Zero listing cost, ever.

You will never pay to list, feature, or promote your events on Pax. The 5% post-launch commission is the only thing we take.

Founding Vendor badge on your profile.

A small but visible mark on your public profile and event cards. Users learn quickly that founding vendors were here first — which builds trust and converts browsers into bookers.

A direct line to the founder.

A private Slack or WhatsApp channel — your choice — straight to our core team. Product feedback gets shipped, not filed. You will see your requests in the changelog.

First access to every new feature.

AI calendar integration, recurring class tools, member subscriptions, JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts — you test and shape these before public release. Your workflows define the defaults.

Co-marketing and editorial support.

Featured in launch press, social channels, and the weekly editorial note. Your story is part of the company's story. We don't just list you — we tell people why you matter.

A seat at the table.

Quarterly founding-vendor circles, in-person in Lahore. Real food, real conversation, real product roadmap. Pax is built with vendors, not at them.

Who we're looking for

Hand-picked operators who already make Lahore worth showing up for.

  • Independent yoga and movement studios
  • Supper-club hosts and food collectives
  • Sound bath, breathwork, and wellness practitioners
  • Film clubs, book clubs, and reading rooms
  • Independent music nights and acoustic sessions
  • Workshop hosts — pottery, calligraphy, perfume, photography
  • Small venues that already host the above

Pax is not, at this stage, interested in mass-market events, large-scale ticketing, or anything corporate. Founding vendors define the cultural floor.

What we ask in return

Reciprocal terms, plainly stated.

  1. 01List a minimum of two events per month for the first six months.
  2. 02Use Pax as your primary booking link — Instagram bio, WhatsApp broadcasts, posters.
  3. 03Honest, fast feedback when something breaks or feels off.
  4. 04Permission to feature your events and venues in Pax marketing during the launch window.
